 Commission Terms of Service

1. General Terms

  • By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
  • These terms may be updated without prior notice.

2. Services Provided

I offer the following commission types:

  • Illustrations (Character art, thumbnails, etc.)
  • Character Design (Original character creation)
  • VTuber Model Illustration (Layered PSD for Live2D)

I do NOT provide:

  • Logo design
  • Animation or rigging services

3. Payment & Pricing

  • Full payment upfront via PayPal is required.
  • Prices vary depending on complexity. Additional costs may apply for extra details, backgrounds, or outfit variations.
  • All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified.
  • Refunds are NOT available once work has started.

4. Commission Process

  1. Request Submission – Fill out the commission form.
  2. Quote & Agreement – I will provide the final pricing.
  3. Payment – Pay via PayPal before I begin work.
  4. Production – I will create the artwork based on the agreed details.
  5. Review & Final Delivery – You receive the completed artwork.
  • Minor revisions (color adjustments, small tweaks) are free.
  • Major revisions after approval may incur extra charges.
  • Work-in-progress (WIP) updates are available upon request.

Illustration (Character Art)

  • Up to X weeks
  • No rush orders available. 


VTuber Model (Live2D-ready Illustration & Rigging)

  • Illustration Only (Layered PSD): Up to Y weeks
  • Fully Rigged Live2D Model: Up to Z weeks
  • No rush orders available. 

5. Delivery & Usage Rights

Client Rights

  • You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use (social media, icons, banners, etc.).
  • You may NOT resell, modify, or redistribute the artwork without permission.
  • For commercial use, an additional fee applies.

Artist Rights

  • I retain full copyright of the artwork.
  • I may post the artwork in my portfolio or social media (unless otherwise requested).
  • I do NOT claim ownership of any original characters provided by the client.

Prohibited Uses

  • Using the artwork for NFTs, AI training, or any unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Altering the artwork significantly without permission.
  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If I cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund.
  • Refunds are NOT available once work has started.
  • If you cancel before work starts, a full refund will be issued.
